The relatively new Hello! Project unit lead by Rika Ishikawa (center) formerly of Morning Musume。. Although there are many ways to write/say their name, I write/say as Biyuuden. The Japanese pronunciation, I think. At any rate, the single was their second one and was used as the theme song for a Japanese campaign for something or other.
